Please note that starting from July 1, 2023, The View at The Palm operates from 10am to 8pm daily, with peak timings from 4pm to 7pm. The last entry is at 7pm. Sunrise sessions are not available on Saturdays and Sundays; however, all guests, regardless of the day, receive complimentary access to Level 54. These operational changes are part of ongoing enhancement works at Level 52 and are subject to further notice.

- Dubai Metro & Monorail: The closest metro station is Al Khail Metro Station (Red Line), located near the American University in Dubai (AUD). From there, you can take a taxi to the attraction or proceed to Palm Gateway, where the NB Monorail will transport you to Nakheel Mall, which is in close proximity to The Palm Tower.
- Bus & Monorail: Nearby bus stops include Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station (bus line 8), Infotech, Dubai Internet City 1 (bus line 84), and Middle East Broadcasting Center (bus line F56). All these stops are within walking distance of Palm Gateway, where you can board the NB Monorail to Nakheel Mall.

If you prefer to drive, simply follow Sheikh Zayed Rd/E11 and look for signs directing you to Palm Jumeirah (or Nakhlat Jumeirah, the Arabic name). Once you reach Palm Jumeirah, continue driving along the trunk road, following the signs that lead to Nakheel Mall.
